Shop policies:
If you do not have Etsy account, please contact me here. Make sure to specify the artwork you wish to purchase in your message.
PROCESSING TIME: this depends on the number of orders and can take up to 2 weeks.
SHIPPING COSTS: for details see individual items.
SHIPPING TIME: Europe 3-7 business days, North America 5-15 business days.
CUSTOM AND IMPORT TAXES: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for customs-related delays. All items include 9% or 21% VAT (depends on the nature of work).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: I gladly accept returns and exchanges; just contact me within 14 days of delivery, and ship the items back to me within 30 days of delivery.
Due to their unique nature, custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I will only use your shipping and billing address and contact information to communicate with you about your order and to fulfill your order.
After fullfilling you order I do not storage any of your data information.
I do not use any third party to exchange, use or storage your data information.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Buying via Etsy.com enables you to use any of the possible payment methods provided by Etsy.com. If you’re buying via direct message I accept: iban bank transfer and card or cash payment (only by appointment Amsterdam).
